The Firm Flex Orthotic (Color of orthotic may vary)
Plantar Fasciitis
If you have to creep and crawl those first few steps in the morning or you sit down then get up and feel that sensation in your arch or heel you probably have Plantar Fasciitis.
It's a torn tendon in your foot. When you sleep or sit down for awhile, the body try's to reconnect that tendon. When you get up that sensation is the fascia pulling away from the bone.
The reason it doesn't heal is you can't physically be off your feet long enough for that tendon to reconnect. Some days you might barely feel it, other days it will come with a passion. If you really rip it good then it hurts all the time.
This was the case with me from 1981 to 1986 I suffered with this pain and nothing my Doctor did or any over the counter product worked. I was forced to find a solution on my own.
Heel Spurs
A Heel Spur is a calcium deposit shaped liked a sharks tooth. When you put pressure on it, it digs in and causes pain. It is a different condition than Plantar FasciitIs but can exist at the same time.
I Had The Pain So Bad Here's What I did!
During the day I had to wear a specific orthotic because I had ripped that Plantar Fascia so thoroughly that I couldn't stand or walk without pain. I needed something I could wear in my shoes during the day that took the pain away.
This was not as easy as it sounds, because only a specific type of orthotic works. If you have pain like I had, any over the counter product is not going to work.
If you have pain like I had it will only get worse because you can't be off your feet long enough for that condition to heal. You have to be fit with a FOAM IMPRESSION KIT because your shoe size and arch size are two different lengths.
Plantar Fasciitis very rarely heals on it's own because you can't be off your feet long enough. Please don't wait like I did untill it really tears. You don't need to be in pain.
If you have orthotics already and you're still in pain, then that orthotic is incorrect for Plantar Fasciitis. The one I use works.
I spent over $300 dollars to have a cast mold of my foot made into an orthotic. It helped the Plantar FasciitIs a little bit, but the hardness aggravated the heel spur to no end.
After many years of research to get out of my pain, (pain is a great motivator) I realized that if an orthotic doesn't take away the pain in a half an hour. It isn't going to work.
We have a 30 day 100% Money Back Guarantee if the orthotic does not take away your pain. You have nothing to lose.
Here's How Our Orthotics Are Different:
Our Orthotic is NOT molded to your foot (that would copy the problem!). Instead your foot molds to our Orthotic essentially correcting the problem.
Think about that for a second...
Your foot wants to flex and move and not be held in one position.
Most custom orthotics you will find on the web or in a Doctor's office are hard acrylic, resin, graphite or similar construction. While this is good technology it is old technology.
Custom Molded Orthotic:
This is the conventional Orthotic that Doctors usually sell to patients. We can make them but I'm not a big fan of the hard rigid Orthotic. In the first place if you have a bad foot and you do a cast mold of that foot, you now have a perfect copy of a "lousy foot".
Your foot wants to flex!!! It doesn't want to be held up in one position all the time.
If you break your arm, a cast is put on it to immobilize it and keep it from moving while the bone heals. When you take the cast off, the arm is withered and atrophied compared to the other arm because the muscles, tendons and such have not exercised for three months.
Same is true for a hard orthotic, the foot gets no exercise because the orthotic is holding it up rather than allowing it to move.
There are exceptions to this, where surgery has been done and pins have been inserted, where you want the foot to stay still, but most people do not fall into this category.
You also don't want too soft of an orthotic or your orthotic will just mold to your foot defeating the purpose of correction. What your want is semi ridgid. Flexible enough to allow your foot to exercise, and strong enough to reshape your foot to the correct position.

Thank you, thank you, for improving my quality of life tremendously! I have suffered from chronic back pain for over 30 years. Despite countless consultations with orthopoedists, chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, rolfers... and trying yoga and a host of other alternative welness methods... nothing has ben nearly as dramatic in alleviating my pain as these orthotics from you! I have been wearing them for a month and the only day I have woken up with back pain was the day after I didn't put them in my shoes. I just took an extended trip and for the first time the schlepping of heavy bags and long hours in airplane seats didn't leave me feeling like a cripple when I finally got home. My posture is noticeably better. I love feeling the new alignment in my body. I am telling everyone I know to check out your website and give themselves the gift of orthotics. Thank you for making this affordable to me through your eBay auction. Many blessings, Marianne in Hawaii

I just wanted to let you know that I am very pleased with the orthotics - they are working very well in my indoor walking shoes, and are more flexible and comfortable than the hard ones I have. Thank you.

many thanks i have been wearing my inserts since and can report fantastic
pain relief .I am now saving up to have a pair of sandels fitted next
year. Many thanks for my wonderful inserts.

The orthotics arrived today in great shape. The speed with which you turned them out is truly remarkable. At this rate I can buy 15-20 pairs of orthotics in the same time it took me to buy my old pair! This means I'll be free of foot pain just that much quicker, so I really appreciate your quick work.
The orthotics are more comfortable than my old stiff ones wherever the old ones supported my feet. The support that's new for me, the transversal arch under the ball of the foot, is where I get the "golf ball" feeling. But even then I think I'm more comfortable overall in them then when I first started using my old ones. And I think the new support areas will really help out, especially that third arch area where my feet get most sore and tired.
I'm wearing them around the house in my slippers to get used to the feel and will take your advice and break into them slowly. Thank you also for the info flyers, they're very helpful. You may be hearing from a few of my friends and relatives.
I've left you my best feedback and was happy to do so. Thanks for the feedback you left me earlier. Thanks also for the good bargain and great transaction.
I've added you to my favorite sellers list.
Regards,
Jack
