If your ankles, knees, hip, back and neck are bothering you, you could be shorter on one side than the other. Your feet are your foundation and your foundation determines your structure.
Adjust-a-lift allows you to try various lifts sizes till you find the correct degree that takes the pressure off the body. If you a 1/4 short on one side, just putting a 1/4 inch lift in your shoe rarely does the trick. It's usually a little less than a 1/4 inch or a little more than a 1/4 inch that does it.
